Domestic and Industrial Package Wastewater Treatment Solutions for All Flow Rates
Balanced Package Wastewater Treatment Systems (D-PAS) have two different process options. The first is an Activated Sludge Reactor where wastewater is continuously fed into the system and operates according to the long-aeration activated sludge method. The other system is a Sequential Batch Reactor (SBR) designed according to the activated sludge method, where wastewater is fed into the system at specific intervals for charging and discharge. Both systems are designed to meet the desired wastewater discharge standards, remove parameters such as Nitrogen and Phosphorus, and comply with future changes in the Water Pollution Control Regulation.

After all the necessary data for the design is obtained, the design is made for dimensioning in a computer environment.
Project Development
Then, the project is prepared by drawing three-dimensional models, plans and sections in a computer environment.
Manufacturing and Construction
Metal works start simultaneously in the industry and reinforced concrete works start simultaneously on the construction site.
Shipping and Installation
Systems with completed manufacturing and internal installations are ready to depart for their final destination.
Commissioning and Delivery
The systems are ready for installation and commissioning upon arrival at their destination. For activated sludge systems, they are fully operational after approximately one month and are ready for full handover after receiving discharge permits.
